Futonland’s goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know by calling our customer support at (877) 388‑6652 or emailing to [email protected].
Upon receiving your request, our customer service team will act promptly to achieve your satisfaction subject to our Shipping, Return/Exchange & Cancellation Policies. Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not completely satisfied with any single item purchased, you may return the item for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the item less a 20% restocking charge. You are responsible for shipping charges incurred for shipping the merchandise back. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has free shipping then actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return amount.
All merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging. Mattresses are not returnable once removed from plastic bag. All custom and special orders, clearance and promotional items, items sold as-is and floor samples are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.
A prior authorization (RMA#) must be arranged by phone (877) 388‑6652 or email [email protected]. As soon as we receive the goods back we will check to see that no parts are missing and then we will issue credit to your account.
