We have three showrooms located in New York metropolitan area. A showroom in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, a warehouse in Brooklyn, and a warehouse in Newark. You can stop by any of our locations to try out mattresses and see our best-selling futons, convertible sofas, and platform beds. Furniture displayed on the floor is available for same-day pickup. Due to limited space, we do not display all our products on the floor, but most of the items we sell have comfort levels and styles similar to those we display. Our sales team will be more than happy to walk you through all available options and give you professional advice based on your price point and taste.

Manhattan showroom on Upper West Side features a limited stock. Both Greenpoint and Newark locations feature a large showroom and a warehouse with vast inventory available for same-day pickup. Please make sure to call for items' availability.

Although we do not have locations in other states, we deliver Nationwide (including White Glove Service) and don't charge sales tax on shipments sent to other states.

Smooth delivery and comfy futon mattress

First time buying from Futonland so wasn’t sure what to expect. The delivery experience went very smoothly, I got several calls to set up and confirm delivery times. The futon mattress itself is very comfortable, no weird smells (bought the Wool Wrap Cotton And Double Foam 8 Inch Futon Mattress by Gold Bond). It’s tough to fold the mattress as a sofa though, you need two people. Overall a great online shopping experience

Excellent quality of the furniture

Pay extra for the assembly of the futon even though I found it to be expensive and still question the cost. The delivery was on time and the technicians did assemble the futon and dispose of the packaging. They did well to check final step of assembly for any missed steps or imperfections with the furniture.

Our murphy bed arrived earlier than expected, in great shape and was not difficult to put together. The people who delivered it went above and beyond to help us and were very kind.
