Customer Service Manager

An online leader in functional furniture, mattresses, and accessories, as well as over 15,000 related items. We are looking to hire a professional customer service representative. This role consists of coordinating and organizing all aspects of customer service. You will be involved with multiple tasks including both vendors and customers.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must have retail experience in Furniture or similar field
  • College education
  • Strong telephone and speaking skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good computer skills. Must be efficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Have the ability to solve customers' problems, and have the right demeanor to deal with customers' complaints
  • Ability to do data entry at a high level (volume and accuracy)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various personality types

  • Ability to manage multiple emails and phone calls
  • Providing consumer feedback and insight management
  • Working in a service-oriented environment, assisting online customers and helping close sales
