To request a price match, you have two convenient options:
- Online: Provide us with a link to the authorized retailer's website displaying the lower price.
- In-store: Submit an identical written quote with full details. This can be done in person at any of our locations.
Before honoring any price match, we will validate the competitor's pricing on the identical item (e.g. brand, size, and finish) and delivery service. This step ensures fairness and accuracy in the price match process.
Exclusions: Please note that certain items and cases are not eligible for Price Match (e.g. close-out items, final sales, and prior sales). Some products may be subject to minimum pricing restrictions set by the manufacturer.
Delivery and Tax: Our price match considers comparable delivery services. However, please note that sales tax is not included. We are legally obligated to collect sales tax on all items and deliveries within the states of NY and NJ.
