All references to size, weight, construction, color, and images are approximate. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Please refer to the overview to see more details and which items are included. Descriptions may refer to finish and/or actual construction materials. Images are for reference only. 2. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
We want you to feel comfortable placing your order. Futonland has several ordering options for you to choose from:
Online. You can use our online checkout at futonland.com. All transactions are secure and protected. We will contact you within 24-48 hours after the order is placed to confirm the order and set up delivery.
By Phone. Simply call us at our toll-free number (877) 388‑6652 during our business hours. We will check the item’s availability and schedule the delivery for you.
In-Store. Visit one of our showroom locations. You will be able to try and choose items you like. Our sales representatives will help you find the right option.
3. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB)
- Apple Pay (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover)
- PayPal and PayPal Credit
- Affirm
- Zelle
In-store orders can also be paid with:
- Cash
- Checks (5 business days to clear)
- ACH payments (24 hours to clear)
- In-Store Financing (Snap Finance, Synchrony Bank, etc.)
Paying by Credit or Debit Card
Futonland accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB cards. On the checkout page, select “Credit Card” as your method of payment. Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
While shopping in-store, our sales representatives will assist you.
Paying with Apple Pay
On the checkout page, select “Apple Pay” as your method of payment. You will be prompted to open your Apple Pay wallet to complete your purchase securely. Once you confirm your payment via Apple Pay, you will be redirected to futonland.com to complete your order.
Apple Pay is only available in the Safari browser.
Paying with PayPal
On the checkout page, select “PayPal” as your method of payment. You will be prompted to log in to your PayPal account to complete your purchase securely. Once you confirm your payment via PayPal, you will be redirected to futonland.com to complete your order.
Paying with Affirm
On the checkout page, select “Affirm” as your method of payment. You will be prompted to log in to your Affirm account to complete your purchase securely.
Paying with Cash, Zelle, Check, ACH, and In-Store Financing
Cash, Zelle, Check, and ACH payments are available for in-store transactions only. In-store financing options vary based on your credit and purchase amount. While shopping in-store, our sales representatives will assist you.
Credit Card Security
The personal information you enter in your Futonland account – including your billing and shipping information – is protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use this technology to prevent your information from being viewable as it is transmitted over the internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers at restricted-access sites. Please see our Security Policy and Terms of Use for further details.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Shortly after you place your order, an order confirmation will be sent to let you know that we have received your order. Please check your email in case there are problems (with payment, quantities, compatibility questions, etc.) Also, check the order status link on this email. If your order is on hold, then there is something that needs to be corrected.
If you did not receive an Order Confirmation with your order number, please give us a call at (877) 388‑6652.
5. ORDER FULFILLMENT
Credit Card Processing
All credit card payments are processed by Futonland and will be displayed on your credit card statement as such. In the event a credit card does not process for any reason, we will, at our discretion, either void the order and notify the customer, process the order at a later date, or process the payment in multiple smaller amounts until the item is paid in full. Items cannot be shipped until payment in full has been collected.
Billing Errors & Omissions
Any errors or omissions will be corrected and either billed or refunded to the customer as necessary. If an order is incorrect, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us within 48 hours of our sending the order confirmation email to the customer. If the customer does not notify us within that time, the customer will be responsible for the order. If the customer does not give his/her email address, the email address is incorrect, or the customer does not receive the email for any reason, the customer waives his/her right to correct an invoice. Futonland.com is not responsible for any typographical or erroneous errors. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If the customer wants to change the address for any reason after the item(s) has been shipped, additional freight fees are required depending on the "ship to" location.
6. SALES TAX
Any item that ships to an address in New York State will be subject to 8.875% sales tax, New Jersey orders are subject to 6.625% sales tax (3.3125% on In-Store New Jersey orders) which applies to the item cost and the shipping. However, Futonland is not responsible for individual states’ sales tax reporting laws pertaining to online purchases, so we encourage you to check your State’s regulations before you shop.
7. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. After we have received your order, we will also inform you if any items on your order are unavailable.
8. USING PROMOTIONAL CODES
Should you have a promotional coupon code, be sure to enter it during checkout to apply the discount that is being offered. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with this feature. Please note that many promotional codes and coupons are limited to one per purchase and are valid on online orders only.
