This frame is a major upgrade compared to standard Rubberwood Bi-Fold Frames, with reinforcements designed to support heavier futon mattresses and an additional weight capacity of up to 200 pounds.

The frame features thicker and wider front and back rails, each equipped with a support bar for enhanced stability and durability. The seat and back decks are reinforced with extra slats, and a sturdy stretcher bar further strengthens the structure. Wide top arms (3-5/8") add a touch of elegance and functionality, while the larger bottom drawers provide generous storage space for bedding and other items.

Despite its reinforced construction, the Hokkaido Solace maintains the same overall dimensions as our Rubberwood Bi-Fold Line, including models such as Soho, Zena, and Mino.
