Say goodbye to a disheveled bedspread with its mattress box surround (mattress not included) that keeps your bedspread securely in place when the bed is closed. We've taken care to notch out the cabinet back 1" x 6" to accommodate most baseboards seamlessly. The wallbed is equipped with a floating safe piston lift mechanism, allowing for a smooth and gradual opening. Simply grasp the center handles and use your body weight to assist in the slow descent of the bed towards the floor. Once partially opened, the bed gracefully floats down the rest of the way, ensuring effortless operation.

Accepts standard mattresses up to 12" thick (not included).
