Guided by our eco-conscious principles, we meticulously select only the finest materials, including GOTS Certified Organic Cotton sourced from the scenic landscapes of Sonoma, CA.

To create our organic futons, we utilize pre-washed fabric for the casing, enhancing comfort and sustainability. This fabric undergoes an intensive soaking process to pre-shrink the material and remove impurities, ensuring a clean and eco-friendly base. The process continues in our California-based factory, where our skilled artisans sew the purified fabric into casings. After sewing, they carefully layer organic cotton inside and proceed with manual tufting, executed with precision and care, to craft the futon mattress. This detailed, hands-on approach ensures that each futon meets our rigorous comfort, durability, and environmental sustainability standards. This mattress is not recommended for use on a Bifold futon frame due to the absence of foam or any firm core. This leads to undefined edges, since cotton's inherent softness does not allow it to maintain a defined shape. Over time, the mattress is expected to flatten somewhat and increase in surface area, as its thickness expands lengthwise with use.

Please Note: Futons may be compressed during packing and shipping, making them appear smaller upon delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your futon to expand to its average size.
