The USF7 Futon Mattress is an 8" mattress with a Bonnell spring unit core surrounded by two layers of high density CertiPURfoam which is covered by three layers of Wolf's Cottonique Fiber blend to provide a very comfortable sitting and sleeping surface.

Turning: To equalize the wear and maximize comfort, turning your futon over and turning it from end to end every other month is recommended. Feel free to change the schedule so you will always be sitting/sleeping on a comfortable surface.

Fluffing: Fluffing your futon allows air into the fibers and evens out the peaks and valleys from sitting and sleeping. Fluffing enhances the product's comfort and resilience. To fluff your futon, lift the futon waist high and drop. Repeat this process four times.

A more aggressive approach to fluffing is to take a broomstick or a tennis racket and beat the futon - this will also have the desired result. Fluffing is recommended every other month.

Airing: Airing your futon in the sun prolongs its life. Natural fibers respond favorably to sunlight and fresh air, particularly on a warm, low-humidity day. Airing is recommended twice a year.

Smooth delivery and comfy futon mattress
First time buying from Futonland so wasn’t sure what to expect. The delivery experience went very smoothly, I got several calls to set up and confirm delivery times. The futon mattress itself is very comfortable, no weird smells (bought the Wool Wrap Cotton And Double Foam 8 Inch Futon Mattress by Gold Bond). It’s tough to fold the mattress as a sofa though, you need two people. Overall a great online shopping experience

I was a little bit nervous ordering

Excellent quality of the furniture
Pay extra for the assembly of the futon even though I found it to be expensive and still question the cost. The delivery was on time and the technicians did assemble the futon and dispose of the packaging. They did well to check final step of assembly for any missed steps or imperfections with the furniture.

Very happy with murphy bed and excellent delivery service
Our murphy bed arrived earlier than expected, in great shape and was not difficult to put together. The people who delivered it went above and beyond to help us and were very kind. We really appreciated their great service. The mattress seems comfortable and there is plenty of extra room for storing sheets and a comforter. Would definitely buy from Futonland again!
