Care Instructions: Wipe leather furniture down regularly with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. For stubborn patches of dust, dampen the cloth with a small amount of water. Do not let water soak into the leather. We recommend vacuuming leather regularly using the upholstery attachment and crevice tool of your vacuum. If a spill occurs, immediately blot the fabric with a clean, absorbent towel. We do not recommend using any detergents, polishes, waxes, aerosol sprays, or harsh cleaning products not specifically designed for use on leather.

Our story begins in 1986, when Moe Samieian Sr opened Moe’s as a Fine Rugs and Furniture store in South Granville, Vancouver. Looking to expand the business, Moe’s entered into the wholesale market in 1999 and opened a head office in San Francisco. By the early 2000s, Sara Samieian and Moe Samieian Jr. joined both their parents after graduating from the University of British Columbia – making Moe’s the family institution it is today.­­

When the 2008/2009 recession hit, the furniture industry suffered, seeing many of our competitors closing their doors by 2010. We struggled as well, but believe that struggling and failing is where we learn to grow. The recession caused us to build from the ground up. We decided to illustrate our diverse product and focus on our strength – product development.­­

Since 2009, we have seen exponential growth in both the retail and wholesale divisions of the company. Having recently launched our Licensee Program in 2017, we have seen great success in expanding the Moe’s brand internationally and look forward to more stores opening in the future. In addition to a growing retail division, we have two major USA showrooms in High Point, NC and Las Vegas NV.­­

Smooth delivery and comfy futon mattress
First time buying from Futonland so wasn’t sure what to expect. The delivery experience went very smoothly, I got several calls to set up and confirm delivery times. The futon mattress itself is very comfortable, no weird smells (bought the Wool Wrap Cotton And Double Foam 8 Inch Futon Mattress by Gold Bond). It’s tough to fold the mattress as a sofa though, you need two people. Overall a great online shopping experience

I was a little bit nervous ordering
I was contacted by Futonland the next day to confirm the purchase. Shipping was quick, there was a one week delay by the shipping company but I was kept informed of the delay. Delivery was very good.

Excellent quality of the furniture
Pay extra for the assembly of the futon even though I found it to be expensive and still question the cost. The delivery was on time and the technicians did assemble the futon and dispose of the packaging. They did well to check final step of assembly for any missed steps or imperfections with the furniture.

Very happy with murphy bed and excellent delivery service
Our murphy bed arrived earlier than expected, in great shape and was not difficult to put together. The people who delivered it went above and beyond to help us and were very kind. We really appreciated their great service. The mattress seems comfortable and there is plenty of extra room for storing sheets and a comforter. Would definitely buy from Futonland again!
